Terms
Payment
We take payment with order. We can accept all major credit cards, visa, mastercard, switch, delta, maestro and solo. We are now able to accept credit card payments by phone. Cheques can also be accepted, however, 3 working days should be allowed prior to delivery to enable funds to clear.

Delivery
Generally most products, unless advised, are readily available to enable delivery, however 2-5 working days should be taken as a suitable time factor. We do not deliver at weekends, and all deliveries are generally within our normal working hours. We will do our utmost, where possible, to arrange a delivery and time to suit your requirements if given sufficient time to arrange. All local deliveries are free of charge.

Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel goods prior to delivery, however, if the order is a special it may well be that cancellation cannot be made, or that a cancellation charge may be required. All goods returned must be accompanied by the appropriate sales receipt and must be in pristine re-saleable condition for credit to be considered. Please be aware these items could also attract a restocking charge.

Warranty
All manufacturers' products generally carry a 12 month warranty. This should however, if needed, be checked with the manufacturer in question, as some do offer additional periods.

Product Advice
We will endeavour to assist you with pre-purchase technical questions where possible. However if you are unsure of product suitability etc, you should contact the relevant manufacturer direct to be sure of the products suitability and compatibility.

Condition of Sale
Without exception, all products supplied are subject to our conditions of sale. Copies of which are available upon request. The above gives general indications of our services and terms.
